Network Members attending the May Meeting
A great group attended the May Network meeting where we all received a masterclass in great customer service with Ronan Maher & Conor Maher from The Oarsman Restaurant in the Lough Allen Hotel & Spa. Tips included addressing people by their names, positive body language, weekly team meetings to reinstate the importance of customer service, entering (and winning) awards and lots more. Thanks again to all who took a break from the sunshine to focus on their business.
The next meeting will be the return of CruiseNet on the 24th of August. More details to follow.
